Return and Exchange Policy: 

1. We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 10 days from the date of delivery to ensure your satisfaction with our products.
2. If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care
team at 79 96 96 96 63 or email us at support@ninetysix.co.in. You can also
visit our store at Heeraji, #7, 1st Floor, 4th A Cross Rd, Lal Bagh Road, K.S. Garden,
Sudhamanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560027.
3. Please ensure that the product(s) are returned in the same condition as they
were shipped, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
4. We offer reverse pick-up services for your convenience. If the courier
company is unable to pick up the shipment after two attempts, you may need
to send the item(s) back to our address mentioned above.
5. Cancellations are only possible until the order has not been dispatched from
our warehouse.
6. Once your return has reached our warehouse and passed all quality checks,
we will initiate the refund process. Refunds for prepaid orders/online
payments will be processed via bank transfer within 7 days. For COD orders,
a store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return
pickup.
7. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
8. In the rare event that your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you
can self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse address provided. Please
ensure secure packaging and mention the order ID and registered mobile
number on the package. Upon receiving the product(s), we will initiate the
refund process.
9. We do not accept returns on certain product categories to maintain strict
hygiene standards. These categories include accessories, sunglasses,
perfumes, masks, and innerwear.
10. For any queries or assistance, our customer care team is available Monday
through Sunday between 10 am to 7 pm.
